All their support personnel’s are located at Florida; they do not outsource their support to India or China. Response time for support is outstanding and has knowledgeable personnel’s. However, before you dive in dedicated hosting there are few things you should consider. Unlike other hosting companies Server Intellect provides you with free 1 hour of technical services every month that you could use for them to patch or updates OS or troubleshoot server issues. But sometimes 1 hour is not enough for everyone especially if you are not familiar with server. I am quite familiar with how Windows Server operates so I can manage my own server. As this website is dedicated to DotNetNuke I need to mention that they are no DNN Hosting Guru; you will need to know how to install your own DNN and support it. If you are decided to get a dedicated server you should seriously consider Server Intellect. They have the best value for the buck. You get Smarter Mail, Smarter Stats and Smarter Tickets, SQL Express, HELM Control Panel at no additional cost. Also don’t forget the free 1 hour monthly support other hosting company will charge you $75/hr or more. |
